My journey into digital marketing wasn't planned. It started with a simple desire to help my family's small shop compete against the big chains moving into our neighborhood in Purnia, Bihar.

Growing up in a middle-class family in a small town, I witnessed firsthand how local businesses—the backbone of our community—struggled to adapt to the digital age. That feeling of helplessness turned into determination when our own family business started feeling the pressure. Armed with nothing but curiosity and a borrowed laptop, I taught myself SEO, spending countless nights reading, testing, and learning through trial and error.

The results amazed everyone—including me. Our small shop started appearing in local searches. Phone calls increased. Foot traffic grew. And that's when I realized: if I could do this for our business with no budget and self-taught skills, I could help other local businesses too.

Today, I've dedicated my career to leveling the playing field. I've stripped away the corporate jargon and technical complexity to create straightforward tools and strategies that help local businesses thrive in their communities. Every time I see a local shop owner's face light up when they get their first call from a Google search, I'm reminded why I do what I do.
